Our client a is a leading manufactured all kind of steel pipes for drilling projects.  We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee financial operations in Giurgiu Romania.
Job Summary: The Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring that our financial strategy aligns with our overall business objectives. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and IFNs.
• Secure financing for new projects and manage the company's debt and equity financing.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure that they are accurate and timely.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to the executive team to help guide decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in finance or accounting,
• Proven track record of success in managing financial operations, securing financing, and developing and implementing financial strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Knowledge of applicable financial regulations and laws.
• Romanian and English language
