Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and teams to ensure successful project delivery while meeting quality, safety, and client satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and lead project teams, including engineers, contractors and subcontractors, to execute project plans effectively.
Establish and communicate project objectives, strategies, and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and project reports.

Budget and Cost Management:
Develop project budgets in collaboration with the finance team and ensure adherence to approved budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project costs, expenses, and cash flow, and implement effective cost control measures.
Review and approve project expenditures, change orders, and invoices to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with the cost controller to analyze cost data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate budget risks.

Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Facilitate collaboration and coordination among project team members, ensuring effective communication and information sharing.
Manage and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project, promoting constructive problem-solving and maintaining positive relationships.

Quality and Safety Assurance:
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality and identify areas for improvement.
Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all project personnel.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify potential project risks and develop risk management strategies to minimize their impact.
Conduct risk assessments, including identification, analysis, and evaluation of project risks.
Develop contingency plans and proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.
Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle, and implement appropriate risk mitigation actions as necessary.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, permits, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
