Plumber Lead

Our client, providing essential logistical, facilities maintenance, and operational support services for critical military installations and civilian agencies at a US Military Base in Powidz, Poland, is seeking a skilled Plumber Lead.

Location: Powidz, Poland
Contract: 1 year, renewable
Eligibility: EU nationalities only

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply plumbing trade skills with precision.
• Ensure the availability and quality of necessary stores, materials, and equipment.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance (QA) requirements.
• Assist in site preparation for plumbing tasks.
• Interpret and apply government-sponsored building standards, codes, and regulations.
• Analyze technical literature and data from various sources.
• Contribute to planning for plumbing-related building tasks.
• Support workplace health and safety maintenance.
• Keep tools and equipment in optimal condition.
• Assist in the preparation of bills of materials.
• Conduct site inspections for minor construction tasks.
• Provide advice and liaise with project personnel on plumbing and construction requirements.
• Manage the ordering and purchasing of project stores.
• Assist in site set-out procedures.
• Deliver workplace training for non-skilled laborers.
• Generate detailed site sketches.
• Interpret plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Contribute to the compilation of specifications, scope of works, and cost estimates.
• Comply with simple procurement procedures.
• Support combat engineering tasks as required.
• Deploy to the field as needed.
• Perform administrative duties commensurate with rank.
• Provide plumbing and construction support during Exercises/Operations.
• Fulfill military duties.

In-Service Information:

• Minimum 3+ years of verifiable experience as a Plumber, specializing in maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial 
• High school diploma.
• Valid  driver’s license.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English.
