Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures, including material inspections and testing protocols.
- Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to approved methodologies and standards.
- Document and report non-conformities, and work with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all QA/QC activities, inspections, and test results.
- Generate regular reports on project quality performance for management review.
- Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory compliance and client approval.
- Provide training to project teams on QA/QC processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and update internal teams on relevant changes in standards and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a technical related field.
- Native Romanian speaker with excellent English proficiency.
- Minim 2 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction and infrastructure, oil and gas and other related fields
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Quality Management is a plus.
