Our client has a rich history of providing infrastructure services, including highways, dams, potable water facilities, irrigation channels, ponds, tunnels, etc., and superstructure services encompassing buildings, administrative and territorial structures, social structures, bridges, and bridge junctions for over 25 years. Having recently secured a new project in Romania for the modernization and extension of DN71 Bâldana – Târgoviște – Sinaia, we are actively recruiting engineers and supervisors to join their team. Fluency in Romanian is a requirement for all profiles
Role Summary: As a Concrete Plant Operator you will be instrumental in the DN71 Bâldana – Târgoviște – Sinaia project. Your main responsibility will be to operate and manage the concrete plant, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete mix in accordance with project specifications and timelines.

Role Summary: As a Concrete Plant Operator you will be instrumental in the DN71 Bâldana – Târgoviște – Sinaia project. Your main responsibility will be to operate and manage the concrete plant, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete mix in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the concrete batching plant, adjusting settings to produce a variety of concrete mixes as per project requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on the plant and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Monitor the quality of materials used in the mixing process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to schedule concrete deliveries according to construction timelines.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies, placing orders in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
- Record and maintain accurate production logs, documenting all relevant data pertaining to the batching and mixing processes.
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues with the plant, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production.
- Proven experience as a Concrete Plant Operator, with a strong understanding of concrete batching and mixing processes.
- Knowledge of construction materials, concrete mix designs, and quality control measures.
- Ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Technical training or certification in a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as project demands.
- Technical diploma or related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work assignments.
- Fluency in Romanian is a requirement for all profiles
