Lead Contracts Manager Road Bridge infrastructure Targoviste Lot 2

Having recently secured a new project in Romania for the modernization and extension of DN71 Bâldana – Târgoviște – Sinaia, we are actively recruiting engineers and supervisors to join their team. Fluency in Romanian is a requirement for all profiles
The Role: As a Contracts Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the entire lifecycle of our contracts, from negotiation to completion. You will work closely with project managers, legal teams, and financial departments to ensure that all contracts support the successful delivery of our road and bridge infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the negotiation, development, and management of contracts related to road and bridge infrastructure projects.
- Ensure contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Work closely with project management teams to align contracts with project timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Identify risks associated with contracts and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement departments to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in contract execution.
- Maintain detailed records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters to project teams, ensuring understanding and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Manage disputes and negotiations with contractors and suppliers, ensuring resolutions align with company interests.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Romanian language is a must
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role, specifically in road and bridge project infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of construction laws, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in contract management software and MS Office.
