Job Title: Tender Engineer/Business Development Specialist

Expansion in Romania has led to significant contracts for the design and supervision of landmark healthcare facilities. 

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Tender Engineer/Business Development Specialist to join our Romanian team. This role will be instrumental in managing tenders, identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients, and supporting our tender team in Ankara. As a junior engineer, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of tenders and the implementation of our SEAP procedures, contributing to our continued growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Romanian market and beyond.
  • Manage the entire tender process, from locating opportunities to submission, including documentation and compliance with our SEAP procedures.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with clients, attending meetings, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the tender process.
  • Support our Ankara-based tender team in preparing comprehensive tender submissions, leveraging local insights and requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business development strategies, aimed at expanding our presence and project portfolio in Romania.
  • Coordinate with our local partners and the headquarters in Ankara to ensure alignment and adherence to project standards and timelines.

 
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in tender management and business development, preferably within the construction, design, or project management sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Romanian market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in both Romanian and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse, international team.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project coordination.
