Our client has a rich history of providing infrastructure services, including highways, dams, potable water facilities, irrigation channels, ponds, tunnels, etc., and superstructure services encompassing buildings, administrative and territorial structures, social structures, bridges, and bridge junctions for over 25 years. Having recently secured a new project in Romania for the modernization and extension of DN71 Bâldana – Târgoviște – Sinaia, we are actively recruiting engineers and supervisors to join their team. Fluency in Romanian is a requirement
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting:
- Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.
- Track expenses and address potential cost overruns.
- Measurement & Valuation:
- Measure and value on-site work.
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) for progress claims.
- Contract & Procurement Management:
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and approve invoices.
- Risk & Quality Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure work meets quality standards through site inspections.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare financial and progress reports.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and project changes.
- Team Collaboration & Client Liaison:
- Work with engineers and site teams for accurate project execution.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Fluency in Romanian is a requirement
- Proven experience as a QC Manager preferable in road and bridge construction.
