Contesti, TargovisteOur client has a rich history of providing infrastructure services, including highways, dams, potable water facilities, irrigation channels, ponds, tunnels, etc., and superstructure services encompassing buildings, administrative and territorial structures, social structures, bridges, and bridge junctions for over 25 years. Having recently secured a new project in Romania for the modernization and extension of DN71 Bâldana – Târgoviște – Sinaia, we are actively recruiting engineers and supervisors to join their team. Fluency in Romanian is a requirement for all profiles : The Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring that our financial strategy aligns with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and IFNs.
- Secure financing for new projects and manage the company's debt and equity financing.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure that they are accurate and timely.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to the executive team to help guide decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in finance or accounting,
- Proven track record of success in managing financial operations, securing financing, and developing and implementing financial strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Knowledge of applicable financial regulations and laws.
- Romanian and English language
