Land Surveyor – Infrastructure Projects (Roads, Bridges, Water, Sewage)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Topographer / Land Surveyor to join our team for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, water, and sewage systems, in Bucharest and Ilfov. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring precise measurements and mapping for the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographic and geodetic surveys for infrastructure projects.

• Perform precise measurements using advanced surveying equipment (total stations, GPS, drones).

• Prepare and interpret topographical maps, plans, and drawings.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate data transfer.

• Monitor and verify construction site alignments, elevations, and boundary markings.

• Ensure compliance with technical standards and legal regulations.

• Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper calibration.

Requirements:

• Degree in Geodesy, Topography, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in topography or land surveying for infrastructure projects.

• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (AutoCAD, GIS, Total Station, GPS).

• Strong understanding of construction processes and technical drawings.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ilfov and Bucharest.
