Job Summary:

Responsible for developing, managing, and updating construction project schedules. Collaborates with teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage schedules using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or others.

• Monitor progress, identify delays, and adjust schedules.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project milestones.

• Provide regular updates and detailed reports on schedule status.

• Ensure compliance with contracts and standards.

• Identify and mitigate scheduling risks.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 5+ years’ experience in project planning.

• Proficiency in planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).

• Knowledge of construction methods and resource management.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
