Technical Sales Representative – Steel Pipe Industry

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative with experience in the steel industry or industrial sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of steel pipes, excellent sales skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects in the industry.
• Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions related to steel pipes, fittings, and accessories.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical product information to clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer requirements are met.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitors' activities.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the company's products and services.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the technical fields
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Availability to travel for client visits.
• Fluency in Romanian; English is an advantage
