Job Title: EMAG Specialist

Location: Chitilada (Full-time in office preferred, remote candidates may also be considered)

Our client is a dynamic e-commerce business with a strong presence on the EMAG platform and the recently launched Trendyol Ro Platform. They are seeking a talented and motivated EMAG Specialist to take charge of their e-commerce operations and ensure optimal performance on both platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the EMAG account and monitor all related e-commerce processes.
• Track and update product stocks regularly.
• Make new product entries and ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the platform.
• Utilize the EMAG ADS panel to optimize product visibility and performance.
• Monitor and respond to store questions, customer reviews, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Check and manage invoices related to store sales.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and updates on product listings.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing an EMAG account.
• In-depth knowledge of the EMAG platform and ADS panel.
• Previous experience with Trendyol Ro Platform is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor product performance and improve visibility.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, with fluency in English .
• Ability to work full-time in the office (preferred) or remotely if necessary.
