Job Summary

Our client  is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Responsible to manage the storage, handling, and distribution of materials and spare parts within the Gas-Power Plant. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, compliance with safety standards, and efficient support for operations and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials, spare parts, and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of items in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using ERP/CMIMS systems.
• Prepare and issue materials required for maintenance and operational activities.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations teams for material needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in warehouse operations.
• Organize periodic stock counts and participate in audits.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and security in the warehouse area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in industrial or energy sector.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and material handling practices.
• Computer skills: MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook), inventory management applications
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluency in English and Romanian is required.

Preferred Skills

• Forklift operation certification or experience.
• Primary accounting knowledge – advantage
• Basic technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical fields - advantage
• Familiarity with ERP or CMIMS software
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and support emergency requirements.
