As a Senior Road Designer, you will play a key role in the design and technical coordination of the DN71 road modernization project. You will ensure the design meets national and international standards, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and local authorities throughout all design stages.

As a Senior Road Designer, you will play a key role in the design and technical coordination of the DN71 road modernization project. You will ensure the design meets national and international standards, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and local authorities throughout all design stages.
- Lead and oversee the road design process (alignment, profiles, cross-sections, and geometric design).
- Develop and review technical drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD or similar design tools.
- Ensure designs comply with Romanian regulations, EU standards, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with geotechnical, drainage, structural, and environmental teams to integrate design inputs.
- Participate in site visits, technical meetings, and design reviews.
- Provide technical support during construction and supervision phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to maintaining high design quality standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in road design or highway engineering.
- Proven experience with road alignment design, pavement structures, and cross-section development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of Romanian road design standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in Romanian (mandatory); English proficiency is an advantage.
- Availability to work on-site in Contești, Târgoviște.
