The role ensures accurate financial reporting, cost control, compliance with accounting standards, and provides financial insight to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting, Costing & Analysis
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for assigned plants.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes in line with corporate requirements.
- Maintain and update standard costing systems (labor, materials, routings).
- Analyze variances between actual results and standards; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Support working capital management, with a strong focus on inventory and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and local regulations.
Business Partnering
- Partner with plant management to identify cost optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Provide financial guidance and training to operational teams to improve financial awareness and accountability.
- Act as cross-functional liaison between plant controllers across the division.
Reporting Line
- Reports to the Corporate CFO.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- 5–7 years of experience in Plant Controlling / Junior Business Controlling, ideally in an international manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Cost accounting
- Standard costing
- Variance analysis
- Financial modeling
- Advanced ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Availability to travel approximately 5–10%.
