𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 
- Lead structural design for vessel upgrades & conversions 
- Perform advanced structural calculations (yielding, buckling, fatigue) 
- Build FE models and prepare reports for client & class review

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 
- 8+ years of experience in naval structural engineering 
- Strong knowledge of class rules and structural codes 
- 3+ years hands-on FEA experience (FEMAP / SESAM / Nauticus Hull / etc.)
