Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Steel Supervisor to coordinate and oversee steel construction activities within complex shipbuilding projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on supervision, and effective team coordination to ensure work is delivered according to planning and the highest quality standards.
Experience in superyacht construction is highly valued, given the technical complexity and premium finish requirements of the projects.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise steel construction and assembly activities on site

Coordinate teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow

Monitor quality standards and compliance with technical specifications

Ensure adherence to planning and safety regulations

Act as a key link between production, engineering, and project management
Profile Requirements

Proven experience as a Steel Supervisor in shipbuilding

Previous professional experience in the Netherlands is highly appreciated

Superyacht experience is a strong advantage
