Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Cadmatic Hull Designers to support multiple shipbuilding and superyacht projects within a technically demanding and quality-driven environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed hull models and production drawings based on basic design documentation. The position requires accuracy, speed, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and detail hull structures using Cadmatic Hull

• Create 3D models and production drawings based on basic design input

• Ensure designs meet shipbuilding standards and project specifications

• Prepare and support Bill of Materials (BOM) when required

• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility

• Maintain focus on quality, efficiency, and planning

Profile Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a designer in shipbuilding or related industries

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Cadmatic Hull

• At least 1 year of superyacht design experience is preferred

• Experience as a Cadmatic Administrator is a strong advantage (higher rates possible)

• Ability to work independently based on basic design documentation

• Experience with BOM preparation is a plus

• Quality-driven, efficient, and capable of working with minimal supervision

• Valid EU work permit / right to work in the Netherlands is required
