QHSE Officer – Offshore Vessel Operations (CSOV)
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (preferred) or Antwerp, Belgium
Key Responsibilities:
- Update shipboard and office manuals, emergency contact lists, and security plans, including anti-piracy procedures.
- Maintain and report QA statistics, including internal and external audits, ISO 14001 audits, PSC and FSI inspections, third-party inspections, as well as incidents and injuries.
- Ensure timely and accurate KPI reporting to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor and implement new circulars issued by relevant Flag States (e.g. European and international registries).
- Coordinate external vessel audits and act as the main point of contact for auditors.
- Organize and follow up on internal and external audits (DOC, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
- Maintain and update ISM / DPA / CSO documentation.
- Manage investigation reports, QHSE meeting minutes, and ensure proper closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
Role Context:
This role provides direct QHSE support for offshore vessel operations, specifically within a fleet of CSOV vessels involved in wind farm commissioning and maintenance activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience with QHSE procedures and maritime compliance.
- Strong documentation and audit management skills.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands or Belgium.
