Critical requirements:

• Shipbuilding engineering background (HBO + 3 yrs OR MBO + 5 yrs experience)
• Experience in shipbuilding (hull, outfitting, exterior construction)
• Ability to create and verify technical drawings / production packages
• Strong coordination between Engineering, Production, and Purchasing
• AutoCAD and Rhino proficiency
• Good English (oral & written)

Important requirements:

• Experience with detailed design and workshop drawings
• Supplier coordination and material verification
• Experience in high-quality / complex yacht or ship projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Experience in luxury yacht construction
• Familiarity with full build lifecycle (design → production → delivery)
• Experience working closely with production halls / execution teams
