Critical requirements

• Educational or professional background in electrical or electromechanical engineering.
• Strong interest in working on AC substation projects.

• Affinity with offshore project environments, particularly in the energy or renewables sector.
• Valid EU work permit or right to work in the Netherlands is required.

Important requirements

• Initial offshore exposure is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience or practical exposure in inspection, testing, commissioning, maintenance, or site execution.
• Ability to operate effectively within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.

Nice-to-have requirements

• Exposure to HV/MV systems, switchgear, transformers, protection systems, or power distribution.
• Experience in offshore energy, platforms, shipyards, heavy electrical installations, or similar technical environments.
• Relevant safety certifications are an advantage.
