Buyer – Permanent On-site Role
Location: Iași

We are looking for a Buyer to join a Shared Service Center in Iași. The role involves operational purchasing of goods and services, supplier communication, order follow-up, and procurement administration for multiple production sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and send purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
  • Create new suppliers in the ERP system.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and order confirmations.
  • Inform internal teams about deliveries and possible delays.
  • Keep procurement data and master data accurate and up to date.
  • Request quotations and information from suppliers.
  • Manage relationships with selected suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support to the purchasing department.

Short Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical affinity.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Good English skills.
  • Accurate, proactive, organized, and communicative.

Work Model

Permanent, on-site position in Iași.
