Buyer – Permanent On-site Role
Location: Iași
We are looking for a Buyer to join a Shared Service Center in Iași. The role involves operational purchasing of goods and services, supplier communication, order follow-up, and procurement administration for multiple production sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and send purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
- Create new suppliers in the ERP system.
- Follow up on purchase orders and order confirmations.
- Inform internal teams about deliveries and possible delays.
- Keep procurement data and master data accurate and up to date.
- Request quotations and information from suppliers.
- Manage relationships with selected suppliers.
- Provide administrative support to the purchasing department.
Short Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical affinity.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Good English skills.
- Accurate, proactive, organized, and communicative.
Work Model
Permanent, on-site position in Iași.
