Key Account & Pricing Manager – Permanent On-site Role

Our client is an international industrial group, active in several business divisions and with a strong presence in the aerospace industry. The company specializes in the development and production of high-precision components such as gears, transmissions, and actuators for international aerospace clients. With operations in Europe and the USA, the organization is focused on continuous growth, high-quality products, long-term partnerships, and strong commitment to customer projects. 

We are looking for a Key Account & Pricing Manager for a commercially focused and analytical role, combining customer account ownership with pricing, profitability, and commercial data analysis.

The role involves preparing pricing scenarios, supporting negotiations, analyzing margins and cost drivers, managing customer account performance, and translating complex data into clear recommendations for profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead post-calculation and profitability analyses, comparing actual costs with quoted assumptions.
  • Build margin bridges, profitability dashboards, and improvement recommendations.
  • Validate cost inputs together with Operations and Finance.
  • Manage selected customer accounts and maintain regular communication with customers.
  • Track account performance, including sales, margins, backlog, claims, credits, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare customer reviews, internal account reviews, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Coordinate RFQs, engineering changes, and commercial topics with internal departments.
  • Develop pricing proposals, commercial scenarios, simulations, and business cases.
  • Maintain pricing models, indexation logic, and commercial documentation.
  • Support demand consolidation, orderbook reviews, forecast scenarios, and delivery performance tracking.
  • Prepare structured data packs to support escalations and negotiations.

Short Profile

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, controlling, key account support, or a similar analytical commercial role.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, costing, profitability, and post-calculation concepts.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, ERP data extraction, and PowerPoint storytelling are a plus.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as BOMs, routings, and capacity constraints.
  • Analytical, structured, commercially minded, and able to translate data into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams and drive actions to closure.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced customer environment.
