We are looking for a Work Preparator with experience in shipbuilding projects to join a team working on some of the world’s most complex and innovative superyachts, ranging from 50 to 140 meters.

In this role, you will be involved in the preparation and coordination of technical documentation for hull construction, outfitting, and exterior construction. You will work closely with the Project Leader, Draftsmen, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and suppliers to ensure the smooth transition from design to production.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate technical documentation for superyacht construction projects.
• Work together with the Project Leader and Draftsmen on hull construction, outfitting, and exterior construction.
• Act as a key link between Engineering, Production, and Purchasing departments.
• Create and review detailed technical drawings based on yacht designs.
• Ensure all drawings are technically accurate and meet the high standards of the luxury yacht building industry.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials comply with industry standards and are delivered on time.

Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipbuilding projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Shipbuilding Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in materials purchasing and coordination with suppliers.
• Good knowledge of relevant software, including 3D AutoCAD and Rhino.
• Strong technical understanding, attention to detail, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment.
• Right to work in the EU
