As part of our Shared Service Center in Iași, you will play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience in a dynamic international environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage purchase order intake, review customer orders, and validate them against contractual requirements.
- Monitor customer portals and update delivery schedules accordingly.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines, purchase order requirements, and order status.
- Collaborate closely with Program Management, Business Development, and internal operational teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and fulfilled.
- Generate reports and analyze customer demand to support business planning.
- Respond promptly to customer requests while coordinating internally to provide effective solutions.
- Create, update, and maintain work procedures and process documentation when needed.
- Work daily with colleagues and customers from Belgium and the USA.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, order management, planning, or customer service within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems; SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical educational background is considered an advantage.
- English language proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
