Critical requirements:
- Engineering background in Electrical and/or Electromechanical.
- Experience with multiple disciplines on site.
- Able to act as SPOC for engineering queries, mainly electromechanical.
- Able to support Construction Manager with site team coordination and EPC contractor interaction.
- Safety and quality mindset.
- Strong reporting and document management skills.
- Fluent English.
- Full-time onsite availability: 5 days/week, minimum 8 hours/day in Schiedam and/or Vlissingen.
- VCA VOL/SCC supervisor certificate.
- Own PPE.

Important requirements:
- Experience with Quality Control/Assurance on a construction site.
- Experience with inspections, ITPs, non-conformities and quality processes.
- Experience in offshore sector.
- Experience with topside outfitting.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Ability to prepare structured weekly/monthly reports.
- Ability to coordinate vendors and inspectors.
- Ability to review contractor documentation.
- Knowledge of Aconex.
Nice-to-have requirements:
- Dutch language.
- Offshore wind / energy island / AC substation module experience.
- Experience with EPC yards in the Netherlands or Belgium.
- Direct HV electrical/substation experience.
