Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
• Organize production workflows to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead production teams and optimize the use of resources.
• Monitor production KPIs, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with the Planning, Logistics, Maintenance, and Quality departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce production losses.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and Health & Safety (HSE) regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Manager or Production Planner in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in production planning and coordination.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of production KPIs and experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the glass, window & door systems, aluminium, metal processing, or a similar manufacturing industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Good command of English.
