Senior Export Sales Manager / Commercial Manager

Location: Popești-Leordeni, Ilfov, Romania
Industry: Architectural Glass Processing & Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand export markets and manage key international customer accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term commercial partnerships.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and commercial agreements.
• Prepare sales forecasts and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international B2B sales within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the glass, façade, aluminium, building materials, or related industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
