Sales Representative Romania 

Location: Popești-Leordeni, Ilfov, Romania
Industry: Architectural Glass Processing & Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with key customers across the Romanian market.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Maintain regular contact with architects, façade contractors, glazing companies, and distributors.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Customer Service to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales or key account management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the glass, façade, aluminium, windows & doors, construction materials, or related industries is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Romania.
• Good English skills and proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems.
