Logistics Specialist

Location: Popești-Leordeni, Ilfov, Romania
Industry: Architectural Glass Processing & Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Arrange domestic and international transport for raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure on-time shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Support inventory control and optimize logistics processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in the glass, construction materials, metal processing, or a similar manufacturing industry is an advantage.
